Rnd 2. Inc around (12)
Rnd 3. *Sc in next sc, Inc* around (18)
Rnd 4. *Sc in next 2 sc, Inc* around (24)
Rnd 5-6. Sc around
Rnd 7. *Sc in next 2 sc, Dec* around (18)
Rnd 8. *Sc in next 1 sc, Dec* around (12)
Rnd 9. Dec around (6) In last sc, switch to black- Stuff Head
Rnd 10. Inc around (12) In last sc, switch to white
Rnd 11. *Sc in next 2 sc, Inc* around (16)
Rnd 12. Sc around-In last sc, switch to black

Assembly
1. Sew on Arms
2. Glue or sew black felt on top and bottom of Shoes
3. Glue or sew on Shoes to Body
4. Cut a small piece of black yarn for face and two triangles of light green felt
5. Glue or sew on the face
