Roll up and put in whatever you have that’s sturdy (I put in a piece of metal from a hanger)

*Have the "something sturdy" be long enough so that it runs through the Pipe, the Stem, and the Mouth*, allowing it to be more stable*

Leaves- light green (make 2)

Row 1. Ch 9, turn

Row 2. Sl st in second ch from hook, sl st, dc, sl st, dc, tr, sl st, sl st (8)

Now go to the other side (like a U-turn), sl st, sl st, tr, dc, sl st, dc, sl st, sl st. F/O

Neck-light green

Row 1. Ch 10, turn

Row 2. Sc in second ch from hook, sc across, turn (9)

Roll up and sew

Assembly

1. Roll the top of Pipe inward once, then outward once. Sew through both layers around the Pipe

2. Sew Soil in Pipe. Before sewing all the way around, make sure to stuff the Pipe. To help it stay sturdy, add something heavy on the bottom.

3. Sew both parts of Mouth together leaving an opening (like a red Pac-man)

4. Sew on Lips to Mouth

5. Cut out white circles and white triangles from felt. I glued two triangles together so it wouldn’t be so flimsy.

6. Sew or glue on circles on the outside of Mouth. Sew or Glue on triangles on the inside of Mouth.

7. Sew on Neck to the top of Stem

8. Sew on Leaves to Soil

9. Sew on Mouth to Neck

10. Sew on Stem to Soil
